I'm related to Eli Kovic; when he died where was he laid to rest?

My dad died May 1, 1999 at the age of 79. My brother Jack and my sister Pattie and I were with him when he past away in a nursing home in Yuma Arizona. His final wishes were to have his remains cremated and taken to Sequoia National Forest in California to be distributed around the General Sherman Redwood Tree. My brother Jack, Tom and myself were the ones who performed this task on August 4, 2001. Please look for future publications documenting the story about this interesting journey.
